My firm purchased the ultimate1 support package from Cyberdefender for a price of $169.99. To facilitate the purchase they promised they would also provide me with a 40.00 gas card.
Their support personel provided me with computer assistance on three occasions. The first two occasions worked fine, however I now believe the second assistance may have led to the third occasion which was to attempt to repair a complete computer breakdown. I believe the breakdown may have been caused by their work on the second occasion.
Also I was promised that I would receive the gas card on four different occasions. To date I have not received it. They claim it was mailed to me but if it was it never arrived.
While I appreciated their initial attempts to assist me, I have become totally dissapointed by their organization and would not in any way recommend their service.
