I did not authorize the service but got it anyway, then I was unable to cancel over internet

I signed up to download some free music and somehow got registered for premium long distance. I did not authorize the service but got it anyway. When i went to the website
www.premiumlongdistance.com/cgibin/cancellations I was unable to cancel the service because website did not exist.
