My Start by Incredimail.com was hijacked into my Browser/Cookie. I could not remove that program. I checked on-line to find how to remove the above program. So I found Perfect Uninstall to rid this program on my computer. A credit charge was made w/Safe Cart -$34.95 on 1/25/09 for this program.
I contacted [email protected] 5x's, have documentation, about my problem of deleting/removing Incredimail. My messages were never answered only received this answer = "Dear Customer thanks for your support" click on one of following sites."
I clicked into the Registration Window of Perfect Uninstaller listed the headings of Uninstall - Force Install etc. A drop down menu to scroll for Incredimail in the listings - It was not listed... It was never listed in my Add/Remove Programs.
Unable to remove (Incredimail) it was not listed in the drop down menu window under the Headings. How can you highlight and remove if it is not listed.
So I got smart and forwarded
to "support@perfectuninstaller a message from my other e-mail would never address why I couldn't remove that program only would have the above "Dear Customer etc." or Customer Service reply re: my problem and we will credit my credit card.
