I just wanted to add to what everyone else has posted because I only used the free 3 day trial and ended up staying around for a month of service to find that once you were going to meet up with someone they never e-mailed you back.
Also when you e-mail people on the website it seems as if it is an automated response that doesn't have anything to do with what you just wrote them about. I was only out $35.00 but I would be pissed off if I had payed for an entire year.
I also tried e-mailing them about problems with their website and they just replied saying they are constantly working on ways to improve the website and would look into fixing them but I haven't seen any changes.
