Apparently Horizon Technologies has ceased operations without notifying any of its clients. I actually was unaware of this until I was contacted by another company wanting to know if I wanted to try to get my money back from Horizon Technologies and when I checked into it further I discovered my website along with the company website was unavailable. Attempts to phone the company resulted in a constant reply of "all lines are busy please call back."
I can accept the fact that I've lost my money by being stupid enough to fall for their scam but I cannot accept the fact that they are continuing to charge my credit card for their services!
