I have bought new electronic device ($430) from eBay store operated by Todd Switzer. The name of the store was TulipAuctions.in the description of the item it was stated that item is brand new, unopened and that most of items shipped next day. Nothing has been shipped for a few weeks. Nobody ever picked up the company phone. After payment I left a dozen of messages on the answering machine. I also send a number of email requests, but never got a reply.
Finally I've got my shipment four weeks later after payment. To my surprise it was older outdated model of the device that I ordered. I tried to arrange return of the item, but again none of my calls or emails has been answered. After two month of trying to return money I filed chargeback with my credit card company.
