I expected more of Herman Compute. I have been using ICON EDITOR for years. My laptop was stolen at the O'Hare airport and I had to re-install on my new one. I installed the software using all the info I was sent at the time of purchase. It still tells me the key is invalid and I am using an evaluation copy. Herman Compute is using this as an opportunity to double their money from me. Here is the emailed response from customer support at Herman Compute:
I regret that we cannot issue a new License Number without a corresponding purchase order, as we have to pay our agents their fees for each license number issued.
