This company jacked me on my long-distance phone bill AND sent me a bill for their "services"... Which I never requested. Somehow their auto-dial software got 'automagically' installed on my machine... Without my knowledge OR consent... Probably via one of the numerous pop-ups I get every time I log on.
After hours on the phone with BellSouth, I finally got the charges removed. When I received the bill from Aylon Technologies (a company I'd never heard from), I called them and was told to send a letter detailing my dispute of the charges, which I did. Weeks later, I recieved yet ANOTHER bill from the company, which I ignored then was consequently called by a BILL COLLECTOR telling me that if I didn't pay, it would go on my credit report. She said if I had a dispute to write a letter and have it NOTORIZED and sent it to the company. BULLSHIT! I am NOT paying this bill, NOR am I wasting my time writing yet another letter and paying to get it NOTORIZED!!!
