Heritage Web Solution ignored several requests to terminate services. Their initial service was slow and inefficent so we cancelled. They continued to bill our card despite our cancellation request. Employee Fernando also refused to give out the name of the CEO inorder to send a letter complaining about the poor service and fraudulent credit card charges. We're now filing dispute with card company to have these fraudlent charges removed and will take necessary legal action.
I highly recommend the use of web.com for services. Heritage Web Solutions is unprofessional and dishonest.
