You'd think they'd have a class action going by now! They advertise for a few bucks, get a couple of months of visa charges billed, agree to close your account (if you can get through on the phone) but tell you it's non-refundable and refuse to give you any contact info for supervisors other than the general site link. Then, 'bobby', my ever-so customer-service-minded support person said [thanks for calling] and hung up on me. Guess i'll wait for the class action.
