I searced for about 2 weeks to find a good Digital Currencies Exchanger company, so I could try some online investmenting. I read over the terms of Money Central Market and decided to give them a try. I chose them because their fees were as low or lower then most other companies, and their time frame for doing International Bank wires was 48 hours, a day or moore faster then most others.
It took me a week just to get them to verifiy my identy!!! Each time I sent them paper work, they told me something was wrong with it, it was not in color, or could not read, or my address was not correct, well I don't know about you folks, but I know my own address!!! After a week of heated e-mails they finally verified who I was, and told me I could send my money!!!
So I bank wired them my money, and sure enough the problems started all over!!! After the 48 hours, and my money had not been posted I emailed them to find out why, their responce was well it SHOULD be there in the next 2 to 3 weeks!!! When I remined them that their web-site atsted bank wires took 48 hours, they responed, IT will be posted when we get to it!!!
After 17 days they emailed me saying that since I did not bank wire the money correctly they would just keep half of it for fees and return the rest to me!!! After 2 days of emails I found out that since the words Internationl Clearing appeared on the bank wire that thought that the funds came from a company bank account and not a personal account!!! So again they said they just keep half of my money for fees, because thet could not accept money from a company account!!!
After getting my bank to sign a letter stating that all bank wires from the United States HAD to go through a clearing house before going out of this country they finally posted my money!!!
But the amount they said I sent was $ 40.00 less then what I sent, and I confirmed that the clearing house did not keep any of this money for fees, SO WHERE DID THE MONEY GO, NO ONE at Money Central seems to know!!!
This a company that deals with International Bank Wires every day and they did not know that All Bank Wires from the U.S. Must go through a clearing house??? It took me 20 days to get my money posted, and their web site says it will post it in 48 hours!!! When they do post the money it is not the correct amount!!!
This company did it's very best to keep my money and they did nothing that they said they would do!!!
So of you are looking for a Digital Currencies Exchanger Company then Money Central Markey is one TO STAY AWAY FROM AT ALL COST!!!
My experence with them has been a nightmare from the first day I contacted them!!! Not to mention that I lost $40.00 somewhere along the way!!!
