We ordered Pcshowbuzz and can't even use it. Didn't get a confirmation number or invoice number so we can get a refund

I have tried to get refund and can't get an invoice number in order to fax the information they request. We don't get any channels on this pcshowbuzz, I paid 19.95 which was automatically taken out of my bank account. I have tried to get into their website and retrieve an invoice number but I am not able to get one.
