On 11/22/08 I placed an order via internet to NETSHUTTERS.com.
On 11/24/08 I received an email from their customer service person to verify my window measurements were correct. We conversed via email to correct my order at which I gave Netshutters permission to charge my credit card an additional $26.55 with a total charge to my credit card of $666.48 (I have all the emails). On 12/16/08 I telephoned Netshutters to get a delivery date status and found their telephones are disconnected and website has disappeared. I immediately notified my credit card company to file a dispute.
