Some time ago I was called by a company representing e bay to convince me to sell my art and jewelery on e bay. I was told no charges would be made except for the cd i gave them my information and the cd arrived. It never worked and I called them they would not refund my money but did advise me that no other charges would be sent to me. I have been charged for about a year approx 60.00 a month I have been neglectful in checking my visa bill until october and have noticed the charges for the last three months. I have left numberous messages but no one returns my calls.
