Highly Dissatisfied first and last time customer!

Huh... Sandra's story sounds awfully familiar because I had a Similar experience like Sandra's with this "company".

I had placed my order 12/22 with my own understanding that I will not receive it on Christmas, because I opted to get it shipped via ground. On the same night, my account was debited the amount for my items. I received an email confirmation. I waited until the 29th to send out an email for a status update for my items because I saw that it was still in the warehouse. I was then responded on the 3rd and was told they were shut down and I said Ok, it was the holidays. But I was told that they were to ship out on the 5th of January! 6th comes around, no tracking number, no update!

*The complaint box they have there will only allow you to send them a 1 or 2 sentences anything more then that, it will keep telling you to go back to the same box and resubmit! So I ended up sending several messages about 2 sentences each.in one or 2, I asked this issue to be escalated to the manager! Belram responded on the 7th and told me I will have tracking number that evening and that if I did not receive it, he will escalate it to the manager!!! Sure enough at the end of the day, I have no tracking number and no update. I sent an email and basically told Balram that he did not at all meet any of the expectation that they set!!! I then received an email from Balram the next day saying that they marked it as Urgent and will update me in a couple of hours. A couple of hours pass by, I have to email in to ask for a status update.

He responds back to me at the end of the day with comments from their shipping department that said that they are out of the product and asked if I wanted a refund. I told him to refund my money and he sent me confirmation. I will be waiting to see if my money gets credited back to me! Ridiculous! Worst experience I have ever had!!!

That was my first and last time ordering from this company. At first my frustration was aimed at Balram and I apologized (I did not use any foul language in all correspondence). It seemed to me, that this company was really big on customer satisfaction! I will definitely Not be recommending them to anyone! It is Ridiculous and baffling as to how my expectations were set by them and were never met in several occasions! There is NO service after the sale with this company.in every business I choose to spend my hard earned cash, I expect to get good service and for things to be done right, but I also understand that there can be some snags along the way. But 3 weeks? Way too Ridiculous for me! I was extremely dissatisfied! They definitely need to improve in a lot of areas!

If you would like, I have email correspondence that I have saved and which is why I chose to communicate via email for documentation purposes. I will be waiting for my refund on my items and I was told 2-3 days. I have 2 business days to see if I do get credited, if not, I plan to submit this my lawyer. I hate for it to go that far, but I just can't believe the complete disregard to follow through with expectations they had set! And that is how much they have pissed me off!
