Horrible Experience, unwilling to compromise, and misleading

Should have done more research about this company. DO NOT USE!

1. Delayed our project by over 3 months without giving us any sort of status.
2. Kept making promises they could not deliver
3. Charged for items "a la carte" in the contract and leaving the impression that items were delivered as such. Our website was not difficult by any means and as a company who supposedly is in the business of internet design they should know exactly how many hours it would take to do a standard site. Yet they went over budget on one aspect of the site and failed to tell us. Then went on to use the hours that were supposed to be set aside for the "lookbook" on the main site. We paid for several items that we never received and they refused a refund. They also promised to use the credited hours for other smaller add ons which they still haven't done!
4. These people must not know how to use a phone or e-mail. They don't respond to your calls or messages. It's utterly ridiculous. Lisa Bristow was our contact and salesperson.

We paid close to $10k for what should've been $7K.
