Phaze II Mutlimedia, Inc. Is using photos that I posed for in without my consent. I did a photo shoot for perfectshots. Tv in February. The photos are still being used today, without my consent and on various websites. I have tried calling the owner of the company in the past, with no repsonse. I previously requested that I have the opportunity to meet with him and look over the terms of my contract with them from 2005. I want my photos off all of their websites and I want to meet in person with the owner, I believe his name was Samson (he is very sneaky). They also do not have a listed physical address and contact telephone number on the sites.
Ladies beware of Phaze II Multimedia, Inc a.K.A. Www.perfectshots. Tv, in Richmond, VA. I will not mention the other website that I found my photos on because they have me on the first page (without my consent).
The photos I posed for were supposed to be test shoot. The owner never said that he was going to use my photos. He never even told me that they were posted on his site.
