This company got on my computer somehow, and now sends pop-ups every few minutes, stopping whatever task i am performing

This company system security somehow got on my computer and now i cannot remove it. There are pop-ups every few minutes stopping whatever task i am doing.

I've researched the company system security {aka cure soft, aka PNRA} and found out that if you pay yhem your computer will crash.
