This one almost had my family laughing to death as we decorated our Christmas tree. I'm not sure where the SCAM was headed because I've headed it off with the ignore key but it is a new enough twist to SCAMMING that I felt folks should become aware. Here is what I was sent over the internet:

So I am writing you to know if you are DEAD OR ALIVE, if you do not reply back before 72hrs we will have no other alternative that to believe that are truly dead according to MR. And if you are still alive you can get back to me as fast as you can or you can call me on my phone take note that every thing has been paid for it is just for the cost of transfer that this MR. KADEEJIA IRVIN MOORE has agreed to pay for if you refuse to get back to us am afraid we shall give the fund transfer to him and collect the money from him that means that he is right that you are dead and you ask him to come and claim the funds on your behalf. I believe this is another case of anything that they can do to start collecting personal information about you. The next steps would probably be to ask for cash to correct "a problem" with the paperwork that they have found.in any case enjoy this one. I'm alive and kicking people like this where it hurts the most.
