Hi. I'm writing a complaint of an unexpected ripoff. I've reached Pet Universe via email a couple of times since December 15..inquired of where my digital order was, thru Paypal.
Gave 'em my transaction ID for the "Pet Mess Urine Remover Recipe" ebook order which's never came. I checked my bulk folders to make sure. Nada. To this day, I've still never heard from 'em.
It might seem premature but they took my $4.95!
