Unauthorized charge added to AT&T Bill, consumers beware! I called AT&T and after escalating the issue, got my acct locked down against 3rd party billers

AT&T is allowing this company to place charges that consumers supposedly authorized, directly onto your home phone bill. A complete ripoff... I did not authorize this! I am now in a position where I have to hope I get a credit from this company (one has been promised, but you know how that goes), and AT&T refuses to take any ownership for allowing this to happen. I have to wonder what $ they receive for allowing these third party companies to charge services to your home phone bill.
