In follow up to the previous reprt on Internet Auctions Solutions, my husband had a very similar situation when he was called by them on my inquiry.
First - Clay x6368 said he would call me back the following day at 1pm EST and confirmed that was his 11am Utah time.instead of getting the time diff correct - they called 2 hours late - 1pm THEIR time.
Secondly - this was a fact finding mission on our part and my husband told Clay and Kevin x6398 that there was no capital at this moment to start with. We were looking to see if this was an option we wanted to pursue and could afford to get started with.
After a number of calls and hours of discussion and video watching, and yes - pages of handwritten notes - Kevin asks my husband for his credit card number and he tells him "No. I told you at the begining I would not be doing this." At this point I am in the room and I can hear Kevin raising his voice and completely talking over the top of my husband and it turns out he hs railing against my husband's character and even the crosstown high school my husband went to in Salt Lake City way back when!!! He was cussing non-stop and degrading my husband to no end until my husband hung up.
My husband regained his composure and called Clay at his extension. A female picked up and said "Is this Steve?" He spoke to Clay and mentioned the call very briefly but refused to tell me the responce.
MY TURN... I am calling tomorrow to cancel the BidFuel set up that started this whole business. I will be contacting the BBB myself and any other organization I can report these "business" people to.
We shall see what happens with our credit card since I have given myself leeway to cancel a few days before the 14Day cancel window!
