Serial # needed for expired license... No response Internet

I ordered AutoCad 2008 and 30 days later the license expired, the serial # they gave me was invalid, I sent various trouble tickets with no results to fix the problem or a new serial #... And now i cant even access their website b/c the user name and password they gave me doesnt work anymore. I am very dissatisfied with their service!!
