Ordered a product - adobe acrobat, and they sent the download which either did not have the serial number or it would not install on my computer correctly after numerous attempts to follow their instructions, which i did correctly. I notified them by email several times and their autoresponder said i would hear directly from cust services. I spoke via email numerous times to Melinda Lee at cust support, and she finally quit responding after i notified her that her fixes were not working. I actually took the trouble to drive down to chino hills from glendale, ca, (about 50 miles) - and found that the company was located in a UPS store with only a mailbox. The mail had not been touched for a few weeks, and this was at least a month ago. There has since been no response. I forfeited $79 to this bogus operation, and this is a warning to anyone considering their sales pitch - forget it, the company is worthless, stay away. Immediate action shoudl be taken against them.
