Click Bank Never received product paid fo

I received an offer of anti-virus software update on my computer. I paid for the software, 'installed' it and had nothing but problems using it.
After I uninstalled it, I tried to go back to retrieve it and there is no license # and therefore not retrievable.

There is no website to link to, no customer service when trying to access the link they provided, and no one to talk to about getting what I paid for.
