Process rebate

I sent the $197 fee to become do process rebate then they sent me some info, that had nothing to do with rebates. I called, they tried to get me to fork out another 7,000 but, I told them no, and told them I wanted a refund I have yet to see my refund sence 4-14-08. Hope to see my refund.
