AT&T Using Credit Cards w/o Consumer Authorization

I currently had an incident with AT&T@Home billing. Our AT&T @ Home service is currently under my fiance's name. To pay our last bill, he called and made a payment over the phone with my credit card. He was asked by the phone rep if he would like the monthly payment to come out automatically every month. He declined as this was my card and this was a one time thing. To my surprise, the next month's bill was deducted from my account! When we called AT&T to ask for them to credit the amount back to my card they refused! I was going to give them an alternative method for the payment (my fiance's account) and they still refused to credit the payment back to my account. I talked with the customer service rep, the manager and the escalation team. They still refused. The only way now for me to get this credited back is to dispute it through my bank/credit card co. This could take days. No compensation was offered for my inconvenience, just a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience"... I'm completely frustrated and feel like there is nothing I can do about it. I hope posting this message allows my issue to be broadcast to at least a few people.
