Took money from my credit card without permission and then gave my credit card number to other company like passport fun and others

I had order some bussiness supplys fron vista print and used my credit card and i only gave them permission to take only the cost of the supplys not anymore. They have took almost 60.00 from me and then they give my credit card number to a company called passport to fun and fun essianial who is that. They have made my credit card go over and cost me more.
