After making a verbal agreament with this company over the phone~ that was actualy pretty reasonable~ We recieved the written contract two weeks latter that was not what we agread to over the phone~ numerous attempts to contact the customer service reps led to many hours on hold (we never did get through) as of this date we still have not been able to contact any individule from the company
