I was recently contacted by a guy called Scott from the USA (I am in Australia!) after I emailed someoen through a website called Newbies Cash Vault.
I was offered a one on one mentoring program in return I would give them a testimonial for their website. All i would need to do is guarantee a willingness to learn, be available for phone call tutoring 8-10 hours per week & be able to put in an investment for marketing & advertising as long as i could see where it could profit me. Sounds good so far.
He then arranged for a guy called Bruce Gott (supposedly his Director) to call me so i could be approved for this program. Bruce seemed more concerned with my financial situation in particular my credit cards which concerned me a little. He explained that I needed a min $2000 USD to go ahead with this (I wasnt offered a loan or any other finance options by him) but he explained that most people spread it over a few credit cards and I also needed to pay up front.
This also rang alarm bells as the previous guy had stated that i would only pay out the money if i was happy with what id learned and could see where it would profit me as it would be for advertising & driving traffic. Why cant i manage that myself? How can they fully mentor me if im not in control of financing my own advertising campaign and learning how to drive traffic?
After asking these questions and not getting a full answer Bruce arranged to call me back yesterday as it was getting late in his time zone. He didnt call.
I'm now glad after googling him & finding this report here.
