I recently (today actually) bought a year subscription for $32.00 to watch live rugby matches. After reading the FAQ provided on thier web-site I decided to give it ago. Well, before I could agree to the terms and conditions, it processed my order and charged me $60.00. To add insult to injury, I tried to access the site and I have not been able to do so to date. I have tried to contact their technical department who promised prompt (record time as they say) response to complaints. Well after an hour I got a response saying instructions will be sent to my e-mail as to our to navigate their site. Well, 2 hours later Im still where I am to start off with and now I cant get in touch with nobody. I want a refund as I was overcharged for something that I did not agree to and it does not work!
