I received no services or merchandise @all. I'm wasn't DONATING to Chairity

I called this telephone # 1-800-500-4105 it had something to do with Starting a home based business. They were to send a free CD & I only had to pay S&H which was ~ $5.00 buck's. I haven't received AnyThing @ All. But they BILLED my Card on 11/2/08 using the name TWO PART INVEST...
