Collection notice and called the company they state that I owe, they state that they do not use this company nor do I owe them any money

Selection notice received within the email and that I named the organization they suggest that I owe (Paypal), they suggest that they don't make use of this organization or do I owe them anything. Attempted to contact the telephone number shown about the notice also it simply would go to a voice-mail. They didn't provide any details of exactly what the statement was for, the notice claims to visit iwant2paymybill.com and spend having a charge card, they've dropped their brain. This can be a fraud
