I've named Hydroderm customer support for just two times and also have kept about the telephone this am for half an hour simply to obtain a rcording that their workplace is closed. I've delivered the test as required with RMA # within the proper time-but have now been billed $69.00 on my charge card for that quantity. I do want to stop any memberhoip together and also have them credit my bill using the $69.00. Used to do not take care of the product for me personally. Thanks. Jp
