There are many companies, or people pretending to be companies, making billions of dollars a year from suckers like those posting reports here. When you wake up at three in the morning to take a leak, and see advertisements featuring the likes of Blue Hippo, what makes you want to call them and give them access to your money? With the down payment you give them up front, or over time (they do not send you the machine right away), you could have purchased a brand new, top of the line system.
Reading through these reports, I see stories of people having to close bank accounts, overdraft nightmares, and overall unsatisfaction. When someone uses the word guaranteed, and they are not standing at your doorstep waiting to demonstrate what they have to offer, you should simply run away-as fast as you can. I've been married to my wife for seventeen years. If she were to ever bring me a Blue Hippo advert, or anything similar, and seriously ask me to consider it, I would divorce her on general principal. You people should know better. If you have money to throw away, throw it in my direction.
As for the BBB and other government agencies - they are busy enough looking after the interests of consumers with real problems-not problems induced by lack of judgement and general stupidity. They are not going to help you. And why should they? To them, it's the same as ice skating uphill.
It's an election year people, tighten up. Baltimore officials - check the water - quick. The citizens are drinking stupid juice.
