Took my payment in full never shipped out product

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for almost 30 days. I have tried to contact this company three different times and still have not received a response. I have also filed a response with the BBB of Florida and I will be calling the fraud department of my credit card company. I will never order anything from this company again.
