They offered a 3 day trial for free, only I had to give my credit card number if not cancelled after 3 days. I cancelled after 2 days on their site where it says to cancel.
My charge showed 101.84 charged to me for a 6 month membership. When i went on the site i wondered why I had access to e-mails. This was the day after my charge showed up.
I called them immediately, and was told they do not refund. Talked to a supervisor. Haha. He also said they do not refund he sai he would charge me for a month and credit the rest.
I told him he would credit the full amount or I was going to report them.
He gave me an e-mail address for a resolution team, which I plan to take care of.
I told him it was fraud and I was going to contact the proper authorities, then I saw your site. I will not give up this is out and out deception. Something needs to be done.
