They took 49.50 out my account before i could go on line for any resreach West Palm Beach Florida

I was told that i would get a cd.in the mail before i could go on line, so i could get started. And go online to do my grant srereach. Before 7 days. I never got anything in the mail. And they took 49.50 out my account.
