Convicted of embezzling from two firms, Communispace Corporation and Achieve Global Inc.in Shurts used phony email addresses and phone numbers to convince Communispace Executives that she had cultivated a growing customer base of Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, Bell South, Home Depot, and UPS.
