On June 12, I placed an order for 3 magazine subscriptions through lowpricesubs.com. Their website states subscripions should begin in 6-12 weeks.
Today is Oct. 16, and I still have not received my subscriptions. I have emailed lowpricesubs.com 5 times. No one has responded. These are all of the emails I have for them:

[email protected]
[email protected] (where my PayPal purchase was sent to)
And I've filled out the website contact form as well.
Apparently, PayPal cannot assist me in getting my money back. So I guess the standard, "take their orders and money, then ignore them when they try to contact you" is working in this case.
Please do not do business with this "company" unless you like to give money away for no apparent reason.
