Pandora Charm, The Silver Heron Online
I ordered a charm online, they never sent a charm, there was no tracking number (mail), asked for a refund, but they never returned money into bank acct

I ordered a charm from Pandor-charm.com. Two weeks later I never recieved a charm. So I called back and requested a refund. They emailed me saying they would refund the money within 3-4 days. The money was never returned.
