My mother in-law received her first bill (under her deceased husbands name) she neither has a computer, nor the mentioned phone number. She cannot leave a message with the "800#" and they will not forward the bill to his address of two years! She has only been able to leave notes telling of this and they just keep billing him. They will not respond thou they say they have tried many times. They never heard of caller id or answering machines we guess. Maybe our attourney general can help?
