I requested 2 boxsets and taken care of them via the web. I obtained a contact confirming the purchase - 196688 - and informing the purchase was in back-order but could be delivered ASAP.
I used up and also the purchase following the cost deal was on my charge card. All my mail since have now been overlooked and today they bounce-back as not shipped. Their phone number is not working.
The web site continues to be working - just how can this scam of the business be permitted to proceed trading on the web.
