They promote real Nutone items and market you universal items that'll not use your Nutone program. Additionally they offered me a "30-ft line" that calculated 28 ft. Whenever delivered to their interest, they delivered another 28 ft. Hose as alternative. They WOn't reimbursement cost for a product which was never as explained and useless. Customers beware!
