I have been stalked and was desperate to find out who is following me. I found them on the NJ DMV website and paid the 29.95 and when you get into the site, nothing works. I have been on hold with them for over 30 minutes and no one picks up. I want a refund, it is a scam.
License Plate look up does not work in all 50 states as promised and none of the other searches work either.
