I have used this company multiple times before, and have received a mickey mouse report for an employment prescreeninhg that I am required to do. The quality of the report was worthless, but it satisfied the agency that I work with's requirements.
This time, when I ordered and paid for a "Complete background report" for $49.95 on another employee, Instead of the instant report that I have received in the past, I received an email with a link and a order number to receive my report. Followed the link and entered the order number as told... Website responded with invalid order number.
After multiple attempts, I called the phone number that was listed, and the mail box was full. Ordered another report from a different company, received it immediately, and satisfied my needs. I then Emailed their assistance address, showing what I received and I also provided a copy of the email showing that I had purchased it from another company. I was told to F*k off, that I would not receive a refund. So, after disputing it with my Credit Card provider, they said he guaranteed that I received what I had ordered and that they could not reverse the charges.
So, from their own database... Here is the instant scan of the owner, showing his home address and birthdate. I buy 95% of everything on line... This is the first time that I have been ripped off! I want anybody that may use this service that it is buyer beware, and that when his system works properly, you pay... And when his system works improperly, YOU PAY! There is no customer service, it is a home based operation that you should avoid at all cost.
