My 11yr old son, tried to download a"free" ringtone from the Internet even though his mobile/cell had no Internet capabilities. Somehow he managed to subscribe to dada.net and has been charged and we have now lost $AUD90 from his prepaid mobile phone. Can you pls help stop this and possibly get our funds reimbursed? I have contacted them by email to stop deducting funds from the mobile.
