About month ago I got an email appeared to be from Google Make money at home send $1.95 for CD and info. Filled out form on link from email give name, address, phone and credit card number. Checked bank account in a couple of days $1.95 charge - not from Google but from some outfit called OnlineBiz. Getting a little nervous really thought I was dealing with Google, but its only 1.95.. A week later I see a charge on cc for 39.95 luckily there was a telephone number on the bank entry. 8xx xxx-xxxx called hung up on called hung up on called live person. Ahh. Sorry sir you should have read the Terms and Conditions you are billed $1.95 then $39.95 and then $129.85 How can I be so stupid Well I called the bank they tell me we can not enter a dispute for the charges until they clear they were pending but the cash was already taken from my account. When the $129.85. So it's Friday long weekend coming I better get on the phone and get this fixed fast. Called 8xx-xxx-xxxx hung up on, hung up on, answered put on hold 30 minutes. Called back live person on the 2nd ring. Hello my name is Jerry how may I help you today. Splaind to JERRY all over again yea I'm dumb but you guys deceived me. Oh no sir but let me see what we can do. Did you call and cancel? I sure did when the $39.95 bucks came out. Oh do you have proof of that. Only that I spoke with a OOH service and they would pass the info to the company. Ok whew if I get burned for the 39 bucks that isn't bad for being a dumb a@#. Well sir do we have no record of that call. Can you prove that you called us? OK I'm getting crazy now. I may be able to get a copy of my phone calls online from T-Mobile. I went online and low and behold there it was starring me right in the face I had called the 8xx xxx-xxxx at 8:15pm and spoke for 17 minutes Ah this should work. Downloaded copy of call. On #1 call no answer 3 more tries no answer did this guy give me a bogus fax number? Ah I hear it answered zzzzzzzzz fax complete. Waited 2 hours no call. Called 8xx xxx-xxxx 3 attempts finally answered by Maurice is JERRY there no but I can send him a message. OK have him call me. Another hour, OK I'll call back called 8xx xxx-xxxx answered by Samantha is JERRY there yes let me transfer you. Hello this is Jerry How may I help you today did you get the fax? NO. I sent it 3 hours ago. Sorry sir no fax. It is now 6:30pm on Friday. OK I'll send it again wait on the line. Sorry I cannot do that click. Sent fax again. 7pm Friday. No response!!!
