Charged twice to account, same amount - same date INTERNET

On 8/27/08, fiance called and asked if I used my bank card from his bank (joint account), no I hadn't. He noticed (2) debits from MY card for 19.95, both from today from 2 different companies: IK9* Privacy Matters and Home Savings Mall. He called bank - they canceled MY card, reissued and are putting BOTH charges up on FRAUD alert! Neither myself or him paid for ANYTHING online from this card in MONTHS. These companies seem to offer "privacy protection for credit" and "discount savings plans and/or tickets".

If this happens - contact the bank/PP whatever the funds came from - disput the charges and have the account number changed and or re-issued. They are FRAUD charges, stolen somehow! Be warned - calling them may GIVE THEM your account info which then may lead to MORE charges!
