Sucks!

First of all, I have only received 2 of 5 rebates, the two smallest amounts. I mailed them in on 11/06/00 and got two checks this week and one of my $99 checks will not be sent until next week. Now regarding the other two rebate items (total is over $100) they sent me this (two emails later they responded):

Thank you for contacting us. We have reviewed our records and found that
we did not receive your rebate submissions for these items. If you still
have copies of the materials (receipt, UPC, and rebate form), you may fax
the complete submissions so that we can process your rebates promptly. The
fax number for fax resubmissions is 516-977-3433. (Please note: this fax
number is for resubmissions only - all other customer care issues are
handled via email.) Please write on the fax the total number of pages that
are being faxed. You must include a copy of our correspondence with your
fax or we will be unable to process your resubmission. Allow approximately
7 days for your fax submissions to be processed.
I have had someone from a chat board tell me that he has faxed them copies of rebates they didn't receive 3 times and still no rebates. Now I am finding out that a lot of people are going through the same thing, what a RIP-OFF!
